• Verification Documents: Government-issued photo IDs (such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Voter ID) and a valid **Driving License** (mandatory for renting and driving self-drive vehicles).
• Financial & Payment Data: Credit/debit card details, UPI info, or online wallet details processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners.
• Location & Telematics Data: Real-time GPS tracking data and vehicle telemetry from our rented bikes and cabs for safety monitoring, anti-theft protection, and operational efficiency.

2. How We Use Your Information

• We utilize the collected information for the following business and operational purposes:
• To verify your identity, age, and valid driving credentials before handing over vehicle possession.
• To process your bookings, manage ride allocations, and handle security deposits or billing.
• To monitor real-time vehicle locations and speed for emergency assistance, accident prevention, and asset security.
• To send booking confirmations, SMS alerts, ride updates, and promotional offers regarding our rental fleet.

6. Rental Terms & Conditions

• Security Deposit: An advance security deposit of ₹2000/- shall be paid at the time of handing over the vehicle, which will be refunded upon returning the vehicle in safe and proper condition.
• Fuel: Fuel expenses for the vehicle shall be borne by the Second Party (Renter)
• KM Limit: The vehicle can be driven up to a maximum of 100 KM per day. Exceeding this limit will incur an additional service charge of ₹1.15 / KM.

7. Important Rules & Restrictions

• The person driving the vehicle must possess a valid Driving License (Valid DL).
• The driver / Second Party will be solely responsible for any accidents or police challans.
• The vehicle shall not be used for any illegal works or activities.
• The Second Party shall not rent out this vehicle to any other person nor sublease it further.
• In case of theft or accident of the vehicle, it is mandatory to inform the First Party immediately. Compensation for damages shall be paid by the Second Party.
• In case of late return beyond the agreed time, additional hourly / daily rental charges will be applicable.
• Puncture repairs, minor breakdowns, or replacement of parts due to mishandling during the trip shall be borne by the Second Party (Renter).
• The Second Party must submit a copy of a valid Government ID (Aadhar Card/Voter ID) and Driving License at the time of vehicle pickup.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any modifications will be posted directly on bikerentalcab.com.
